it has been a long time ago since i did something good , the school , the exam for the driving license and the hospital have occupied a huge part of my days , i hope that i can continue once again to draw and improve myself somehow . i search tons of help , any suggestion is extremely welcome . i promised myself that i'll continue to don't copy no more someone else job and that i'll do only my original works . (i still copy to practice though )
any suggestion is usefull , i think i'm so rust with the drawing that i have almost forgot everything and anything usefull. but mostly about the pose i'm concerned.

looking up references of the poses ur trying to draw helps alot too. u don't exactly have to copy other people's work but even just taking a picture of yourself in a pose an drawing it helps too or looking up real people doing poses helps too with anatomy
